Alternative Litigation Resolution
The alternative litigation resolution is a possibility that is available for all consumers to appeal to official entities that can help them in the resolution or orientation of any conflict, before taking the process to court. The process is the following: the client requests an impartial third party that intervenes as an intermediary between himself and the service provider, which is the target of his complaint. The intermediary can suggest a solution for the complaint, impose a solution to both parties or unite the parties in finding a solution.
An alternative litigation resolution is usually less costly, less bureaucratic and faster than its judicial alternative.
